Subject: Recommendation to purchase safe

As you I asked, I have researched two different possibilities to keep our money safe in the ticket booth. The choices I narrowed it down to are: Sentry Safe and Fireking Theft Resistant. The purpose of this letter is to recommend the Sentry Safe. While I researched I used the following criteria:

     1. Size
     2. Cost
     3. Efficiency

Recommendation

I recommend that we purchase the Sentry Safe. This safe is made of durable titanium. It is also a perfect size to fit where we would like to put it in the ticket booth. Finally, this safe would only cost $600 including installation costs.

Discussion

Size:
Each shift we have hundreds of guests come into the Sportsplex and pay $2.50. The safe needs to be big enough to fit all the plastic envelopes of money, but be small enough to fit in the ticketbooth cabinet which is 5ft by 5ft.
Sentry Safe: This safe is 4ft by 5ft which would leave adequate space for easy access and easily fit the money that comes in.
Fireking Safe: This safe is a smaller 2ft by 2ft which would be a convenient size for the cabinet, however it may make it difficult to fit the money.
Conclusion: While both safes would fit the space provided, I feel the Sentry Safe would make it more convenient to hold the money.

Cost:
We have a budget of $600 to purchase a safe for the ticket booth.
Sentry Safe: The safe itself costs $550 with only a $50 installation fee.
Fireking Safe: This safe costs $72 however it does not come with installation.
Conclusion: The cost for the Sentry Safe including installation meets our budget exactly. The Fireking Safe exceeds our budget by $125.
